Any regular-price jewelry can be returned to us or exchanged for any reason up to 30 days after purchase, if there is no damage to the jewelry.

dolma has a 6 month guarantee. If an item is broken, and the fault is to dolma, we’re happy to replace the item up to 6 months from the date of purchase. All items must be approved by headquarters before the replacement is issued.

If you’d like to return or exchange and item, mail it to the address in our contact information with a copy of your order, and your return address. A representative will contact you upon receipt. If the return/exchange has been approved, the representative will give you an approximate date for delivery of the repair or replacement.
